Three steps to booking
Step 1: We do the groundwork
Before you ever see a trip advertised, we’ve already been there. We recce the location for low-traffic, confidence-building cycling, test routes at different distances, and check gradients, surfaces and stopping points. We find inclusive accommodation, meet the owners, check rooms, access and shared spaces, and explore local cafés, bars and food options. We also plan transfers, support vehicles and source the right mix of standard and non-standard cycles so the trip is genuinely doable, not just theoretically accessible.
Step 2: We get to know you
Once a trip is launched, the most important part begins. We need to understand you. Your mobility, energy levels, confidence, any care needs, and what a great trip looks like for you. That might happen over a call, a video chat, or in person at a taster or try-out session.
We’re confident we can accommodate most requests, but we only promise what we know we can deliver safely and well. That’s why this conversation matters. It allows us to plan properly, adapt thoughtfully, and make sure the trip fits you, not the other way around.
Step 3: We confirm, protect and prepare
Once we’ve checked that we can meet everyone’s requirements, we confirm your place and take a deposit. Your deposit and any balance payments are held securely in a trust account until after the adventure is complete, providing full financial protection for our holiday trips.
The balance is due closer to departure and is also protected in the same way, subject to our refund rules outlined in our Booking Terms & Conditions. From there, we finalise cycles, accommodation, itineraries and back-up plans, so when the trip begins, you can simply arrive and enjoy the ride.
